Suggested wine pairing: Ketcham Vineyard Pinot Noir
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup Pinot Noir
- 2 small shallots, finely chopped
Bring one cup of non-aged balsamic vinegar, Pinot, shallots and sugar to a boil in a small saucepan and reduce until syrupy.
Should take about 10-15 Mins. (Check after 8 mins)
